You don't have to explain the problem perfectly. I'd rather visit, watch a real piece of work, and ask questions as we go. That makes it easier to find the part that's actually worth changing.
Sometimes the answer is a better way to use what you already have. Sometimes a small tool built for your business makes more sense. We can start with one useful change, not a plan to replace everything.
